<p>The best fitness plans will combine aerobic activity for strengthening your heart and lungs, with a strength and conditioning program to shape and tone your body and build muscle.  It&#8217;s a good idea to vary your routine to keep your workouts from becoming too monotonous or your body getting too used to them.  Another important factor is to schedule specific times for your workouts and then stick to your plan.  If you only exercise when you feel like it, the odds of you meeting your fitness goals are not very likely.</p>
<p>One good way of coming up with a <a href="http://fitrank.net/using-fitness-as-a-method-of-addiction-help/">fitness workout</a> routine is to consult with a professional trainer.  There are often trainers available at gyms that offer either group or individual lessons.  Even if you can&#8217;t afford to do this long term you may be able to set up some initial sessions to help get you started.</p>
