</script></p><p>Building long lean muscles is something most of us aspire to and the good news is that it is not that hard. You just need a bit of an understanding of the basics and to want it badly enough.  Regardless of your body shape and size unless you have been exercising and eating well to achieve your desired body shape then you could probably really benefit in more ways than one by leaning up a little.</p>
