<li><strong>Too little protein.</strong> Well, duh, if a product is high in fats and carbs it&#8217;s going to be lower in protein. But I just want to point this out: This product has nearly as much fats and carbs (20 grams per serving) as it has protein (22 grams per serving). That does not impress me. You can get more protein for your money if you buy other products &#8211;  a LOT more in some cases. Still, will they taste as good? Hm, probably not &#8211; far from it, in fact. But you do pay for the fantastic taste of this product in more ways than one.</li>

<p>So there you have it. If you&#8217;re watching your fats and carbs, look elsewhere. If you can live with the fact that this product is a bit lower in protein than some of the competition, though, do check it out. You&#8217;d be hard pressed to find a better tasting protein drink &#8211; in my opinion, of course. Also, this particular protein blend may help you get better results from your training and that of the competition.</p>

<p><strong>Coffee Protein Machine</strong></p>

<li>6 oz. water</li>
<li>6 oz.. coffee (or 12oz. if you&#8217;re a maniac)</li>
<li>2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream</li>
<li>4 ice cubes</li>
<li>2 scoops chocolate protein powder</li>
</ul>
<p>Think of this as your morning Mocha. It&#8217;s really easy to make and tastes great. If you do decide to go for the 12oz of coffee you can also remove the water for some extra kick.</p>
<p><strong>The Cool Strawberry</strong></p>
<p>This is a very simple recipe with basic ingredients but it tastes superb.</p>
<ul>
<li>8 strawberries</li>
<li>1 to 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder</li>
<li>4 to 6 ice cubes</li>
<li>6 to 8 ounces of water</li>
</ul>
<p>Throw the ingredients into a blender and turn up to medium for around a minute. Get out a tall glass, pour and enjoy.</p>
<p><strong>Banana Shake</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2 scoops Vanilla Whey Powder</li>
<li>1 Banana</li>
<li>1 Bottle of Water</li>
<li>1/2 Cup Oatmeal cooked</li>
<li>3/4 Cup Kellogg’s Bran Flakes</li>
</ul>
<p>Add some sugar if you don&#8217;t find it sweet enough.</p>
<p>OK, I know I said simple but the last one tastes great and really fills me up for the morning so I tend not to snack until lunchtime.</p>
<p>Sometimes it&#8217;s difficult to find what you want but generally if you have a fruit you like, there will be a juice for you. In fact, there are loads of ice cream drinks as well for those of you with a sweet tooth.</p>

<p>The conclusions reached by the US Food and Drug Administration have been echoed in the new research findings that have been published since the government’s decisions. <p>2. Michelle&#8217;s Miracle®.  Michelle&#8217;s Miracle is the first cherry juice concentrate I ever used.  It also is a Montmorency tart cherry juice.  It was unique in that you could actually pour the amount of concentrate you needed into a separate section of the bottle so you knew exactly how concentrate you were getting.  You could do this without opening the bottle.  This company was originally Leland Cherry Company® in 2001 and is located in Leland, Michigan just northwest of Traverse City on the Leelanau Peninsula.  Excellent product!  They also have their own website.</p>
<p>3.  Friske Orchards® is who I use now.  Not that the other products don&#8217;t work.  They do!  I really do not find any lack of quality between any of them.  It is simply a matter of convenience.  Friske Orchards® cherry juice concentrate is another Montmorency tart cherry juice and the local grocery store where I shop on a regular basis carries it right by the door.  Doesn&#8217;t get much easier than that! Friske Orchards is family run and is much more than a cherry farm.  They also specialize in other fruits.</p>
<p>One thing of note regarding these products.  If you buy cherry juice make sure you get it in concentrate form.  When I go to the store I have to pay attention to that because they are in the same package, but the price is much higher for the concentrate.  That is okay as the regular juice lasts a couple days while the concentrate lasts a month and overall is much more economical than the regular cherry juice.</p>

<li>Start by placing the eggs in a pot of COLD water  Be sure there is  a minimum of  an  inch of water above the top of each egg. The idea is to stabilize the  temperature between the water and eggs.</li>
<li>Place the pot with the eggs and water over high heat until the water  comes to a full boil . IMMEDIATELY take the pot off the heat and cover  with a tightly-fitting lid . The eggs will continue to cook from the heat  of the water.</li>
