Would I feel full, and, more importantly, would it help to control cravings for sweets? Snacking on things that I should not be snacking on is my major problem with <a href="http://elitearticledirectory.com" target="_blank">weight loss</a>, and one of the side benefits from shakes I hoped to get was help with cravings.</p>
<p>I still have do not really have the habits developed where a handful of carrots or celery and some ranch dressing or an orange is a good snack alternative, and this is something I really need help with.</p>
<p>So, the first time I tried a shake, I did not have a whole lot of expectations, but I had high hopes.
